Stephanie Peters opened Pastry Pédaleur in the old market in 2021 and has built up a great reputation for her French inspired handcrafted gourmet pastries and desserts, since then she has not looked back and has become an award-winning producer and expanded her stall to offer baking and patisserie courses.
The ex-Chester Grosvenor Pastry Chef, Stephanie said: “I was so excited to ben offered a place in the new market, it has given me the opportunity to expand my range of cakes and pastries and to add to the diversity and deliciousness in Chester and contribute to making the market a unique foodie destination not to be missed." Stephanie was recently featured on Channel 4 as amongst the UK's best small food producers in the hit reality TV series - 'Aldi' s Next Big Thing' and won the Cheshire Life - Food Producers of the Year award in 2023.
