Pastry Pédaleur
Stephanie Peters opened Pastry Pédaleur in the old market only last year but has already built up a great reputation for her French inspired handcrafted gourmet pastries and desserts.
The ex-Chester Grosvenor Pastry Chef, Stephanie said: “I am so excited to have been offered a place in the new market, it will give me the opportunity to expand the range of cakes and pastries on offer and I am delighted to be able to add to the diversity and deliciousness in Chester and contribute to creating a unique foodie destination not to be missed." Stephanie was recently featured on Channel 4 as amongst the UK's best small food producers in the hit reality TV series - 'Aldi' s Next Big Thing.'
