Big Lola’s Mexican Street food demonstration

Our August demonstration will feature Big Lola’s who have become a big favourite in the market, with their amazing take on Mexican street food. They will be showcasing their customers’ favourite special of Birria Tacos – a delicious combination of slow-cooked beef brisket and melted cheese, sandwiched between a crispy tortilla then served with a pot of cooking juices – perfect for dipping!
